Die Cutting Machine is the main equipment for paper, carton, trademarks and all kinds of paper packing products die cutting.
Our machines equip with high precision intermittent structure, pneumatic plate lock, air clutch and overload protection to ensure the high speed and high running steady of machines. All our electrics and driven parts are international famous brand so that we can ensure the high die cutting precision and steady when machines running. The PLC and electronic monitor controls the system, which makes the problems adjusted and solved more easily. The electrical box is cooled by air convection device to protect components running steady under the controlled temperature.

Host:
1. The worm wheel material is made of high quality alloy copper, precision machine tool processing, manual scraping, high precision, especially wear-resisting. The worm and crankshaft are treated with high frequency quenching of chromium steel. The size of the swing rod is larger and the shaft is bigger, so the die-cutting pressure is large and durable.
2. Adopt Japanese SMC rotary joint, equipped with pneumatic clutch, low noise life and stable braking.
3. Equipped with automatic centralized lubrication system, the main drive crank connecting rod adopts forced oil supply
Transmission part:
1. The intermittent box drive adopts the heavy-duty synchronous belt, the transmission noise is smaller, the drive is more stable, and the overhaul is more convenient
2. The gripper uses high quality hard aluminum alloy. The surface is treated with anodic oxidation, strong rigidity, light material and small inertia. It can feed the paper accurately.
3. The gripper plate is made of imported special steel, and the hardness and toughness are guaranteed after heat treatment.
4. The main chain adopts the original English RENOLD, good tensile effect, PLC controlled centralized chain oil supply system.
5.There is a torsion limiter between the intermittent mechanism and the main drive synchronous belt.When machine is overloaded, the machine will stop automatically so as to reduce additional damage on the machine.
Paper feeding part:
1. The machine uses pneumatic lifting, easy to operate, and with high precision.
2. People can see the front paper and back paper through the TV so as to make sure machine running safely.
3. People can see the machine running condition by HMI.
Die Cutting Part:
1. The plate frame adopts the pneumatic locking device, the protection beam and the lock door design can make the template more stable.
2. Die cutting steel plate uses 70Cr material, more durable. There is a blower floating device to make the cutting board in and out easily and easily under the die cutting steel palte.
3. The lower moving table is polished by the high precision machining center to make the die-cutting pressure more uniform
Electric Part:
1. Siemens frequency main motor with adjustable speed, Japan Fuji inverter which can provide stable and reliable power to the machine.
2. PLC and HMI are used to control feeding paper, die cutting and paper collecting .
3. The HMI system can display various kinds of working condition, the multi-tone loudspeaker will alarm when the fault occurs, and stop automatically, which can ensure the safety of human and machine.

2. What is the terms of payment you accept?
We usually accept the T/T payment, we need 30% of total amount as deposit, pay the 70% balance before delivery, but we can also accept the L/C.
3. Where is your factory located ? How can I visit there?
Our factory located in Dongguang County, Hebei Province, China., near to the capital city Beijing and port Tianjin. You can fly to Beijing airport directly and we will pick you up there.
